Silent Ampersand LLC is an intellectual property and technology holding company registered in Wyoming, operating from Simi Valley, California. We build and operate internal software tools, including an automated operations assistant that communicates via SMS and email.

Our automated notification systems collect and process only: phone numbers configured to receive operational notifications, system-generated message content about operational status and tasks, and opt-in/opt-out preferences. We do not collect personal information from third parties.
3. How We Use Information
Phone numbers are used exclusively to deliver automated operational notifications. We do not use phone numbers for marketing, advertising, or sharing with third parties.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or message content with any third party. Messages are transmitted through Twilio as our service provider.
5. Data Retention
Message logs are retained for operational purposes. Phone numbers remain until you opt out, then removed within 24 hours.

We use industry-standard encryption for credential storage and TLS for data in transit.
