Our automated notification systems collect and process only: phone numbers configured to receive operational notifications, system-generated message content about operational status and tasks, and opt-in/opt-out preferences. We do not collect personal information from third parties.
3. How We Use Information
Phone numbers are used exclusively to deliver automated operational notifications, task completion reports, items requiring attention, and system status updates. We do not use phone numbers for marketing, advertising, or sharing with third parties.
4. SMS Communications
By opting in at silentampersand.com/sms-consent, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from our AI-powered operations assistant. Message frequency varies based on system activity, typically 0–20 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or message content with any third party. Messages are transmitted through Twilio as our telecommunications service provider, subject to Twilio’s Privacy Policy.
6. Data Retention
Message logs are retained for operational purposes. Phone numbers remain in our system until you opt out, at which point they are removed within 24 hours.
7. Your Rights
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may request data deletion by contacting info@silentampersand.com.
8. Security
We use industry-standard encryption for credential storage and TLS for data in transit.
