Silent Ampersand LLC operates an automated operations assistant (“Greg”) that delivers operational messages via SMS and email, including system status alerts, task completion reports, project updates, and items requiring attention.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By opting in at silentampersand.com/sms-consent, you provide express written consent to receive automated SMS messages from Silent Ampersand LLC at the phone number you provide. These are operational notifications, not marketing communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on system activity, typically 0–20 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
4. Opt-Out
Reply STOP to any SMS message to opt out and stop receiving messages. You will receive a single confirmation message. Reply START to resubscribe. For email opt-out, contact info@silentampersand.com.

6. Supported Carriers
Messages are sent via Twilio and are compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Limitation of Liability
Notifications are provided as-is. We do not guarantee delivery timing or completeness. Silent Ampersand LLC is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving SMS messages.

Governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
